Finally am happy with Comcast customer service. Called their billing department and Rich was very helpful. He agreed with me that Comcast has devised a way to organize their bills so no one can decipher them correctly. Also told me I can just goto the local Comcast store with the cable box and swap it for an HD one. Would have been nice to know that before so I didn't have to spend this morning waiting for a technician who never showed.
