Zend, PHP, and OpenID

warm smile
This is pretty cool! I knew PHP guys were playing with OpenID and Yadis, but it seems like Zend is planning to build it into their framework, and possibly the language it seems!

"Gutmans also said he expects PHP and Zend products to accommodate identity technologies such as OpenID."

Hopefully it means it will appear in PECL. I don't think it will make it bundled. At least not yet. I would like to see something in PEAR to start.

Port this http://kin.klever.net/libopkele/ to C and create a PECL package and that would be sweet.
