More on this later, but this morning in Tokyo we announced the formation of a Japan chapter of the OpenID Foundation. Seems it made the front page of Google News in Japan!

There was also an obsession with a "go team!" style photo.

Nob Seki (Six Apart), Nat Sakimura (NRI), me, Ishikawa-san (VeriSign)

So I actually brought a suit, but got a little mixed up on the timing of laundry being delivered which left me with 0 clean nice shirts versus 4 nicely ironed nice shirts. Thus I ended up as I did which in turn provides y'all something to laugh at. :)

I love how they're all in suits and you're wearing a bright orange t-shirt and jeans. :P

So I was able to pull it off since everyone thought it was "OpenID orange".

yeah I 4th that it looks like. I thought you couldn't do business in japan unless you had a special business card pouch in your suit or something. guess I was wrong.

You just need the business cards, which are called "name cards".
