Right now I hate banks, credit card companies, and airlines. WTF good is "Economy Plus" if some tickets don't qualify for it? Especially when it is advertised as being the same price as economy and everything. Bullshit

What the hell good is a phone number for customer service, being recommended on their web inquiry form for "immediate issues", when no-one is there to answer the phone?

Haha. Don't you love how skrewed up that system is? My cousin went through hell with that.

I think you have to read their contractual definition of "immediate issues". "Immediate issues" refers to questions that may arrise than can easily be answered by a preprogrammed telephone menu and only occur during buisness hours.
