As brad just said, really great news from Sun at IIW this morning. They'll be formally announcing a very clear non-assertion covenant around OpenID 1.1 and Simple Registration for *all* Sun patents. Really nice as well that it is official legalese, yet short and understandable!

Should see it up officially on sun.com (http://blogs.sun.com/ontherecord/) within a few days.
