VeriSign's OpenID Provider Gets an Upgrade

Pretty cool to see VeriSign's OpenID Provider continue to get new features and a new look. From TechCrunch it sounds like one of the big features is password management for websites that don't yet support OpenID. Cool! Glad to see the team there continue to push the PIP forward.

Don't forget the two-factor authentication; while they've had that for awhile, it's still one of the easiest and cheapest (with PayPal) two-factors out there. And since it's the same token as so many sites, you don't need to carry around yet another keychain to harness it.

And the new identity endpoints for users are nice as well-- incorporating action streams (though they seem not to be updating correctly at the moment) as well as a nice gallery. Check it out: http://boconnor.pip.verisignlabs.com/
